Conroe, TX - Wendy Lynn Hass, born June 7th, 1961 in Brazoria County, TX. Passed away on April 9th, 2024 following a long illness.

She was proceeded in death by her father, Henry Crawford and is survived by her husband, Ricky Hass; Mother, Virginia Crawford; Sisters, Cheryl Bailey, and Terry Davis; Brother, Mark Crawford; Children; Brad Hodge, Brandy Hodge, Cody Hodge, and Hailie Hodge; Grandchildren, Austin McManus, William McManus, Asher Wilson.

Wendy spent her childhood years in Clute, TX where she met her high school sweetheart Terry Hodge married on February 14th, 1984. This union saw the birth of Brad December 1st, 1979, Brandy June 5th, 1982, and Cody May 14th, 1984. After they separated, a beautiful daughter, Hailie was born - on August 31st, 2002. Wendy, Hailie, and "Monkey "were inseparable.

In 2006, she met the love of her life, Ricky Hass, after giving him a haircut at New Looks Beauty Salon in Conroe, TX. They were engaged in Kemah, TX at the Boardwalk Hotel in front of a live band, then married on August 5th, 2006 in a Lakeside wedding at the April Sound Country Club in Montgomery, TX. Wendy was a daughter, sister, and wife -  with many friends who she enjoyed spending time with.

Wendy could light up any room, and could turn any scenario into a laugh. Wendy's battles were greatly prolonged, but she went through every day with the most contagious smile. Wendy's memory will forever live on, as we will all have endless laughs of our memories, and events that occurred in her presence. She will be greatly missed by every one who knew her, especially her family.

Cremation has taken place, and a small family gathering was held in her home April 12th, 2024 - per her wishes.
