William "Dick" Edward Wilson , 73, passed away peacefully on September 4, 2021, surrounded by loved ones at his home in Houston, Texas.  He was born on October 8, 1947, in Fort Knox, Kentucky to Mercer and Nadine Wilson. He was preceded in death by his parents. He leaves behind his wife, Deborah M. Stephens , his two daughters, Helen Nadine Coffee and husband Scott; and Diana Eileen Cruz and husband Johnny and step-children Treavor Quinn and wife Mary and Tyler Quinn and wife Kristina; Twenty-one grandchildren and step-grandchildren, Tiffany, Halie, Brandi, Megan, Sean, Andrew, Abigail, Maria, Austin, Anna, Elizabeth, Skyler, Madison, Kylie, MacKenzie, Autumn, Ashlyn, Joshua, Caleb, Kaden and Haven; and one great granddaughter, Leilanni and two step great-grandsons, Stran, Stocks

Dick was a Registered Professional Land Surveyor. He loved spending his time on his patio which was his sanctuary. All of the grandchildren called him Pawpaw and they thought he was the best.

A Come and Go Celebration of Life will be held on September 18, 2021 between 11:00 am and 2:00 pm at his home 9906 Crescent Moon Drive, Houston, TX  77064.
